Re: Dopus5 Magellan v5.101 AROS version 32/64Bit Released
Nikos, what instability have you encountered? If the issues are different from those I’ve encountered or those reported on GitHub, please report them to the developer: https://github.com/BlitterStudio/dopus5/issues

This is wonderful news. Hopefully it will allow more people to migrate to 64-bit!

Re: Dopus5 Magellan v5.101 AROS version 32/64Bit Released
In the 64-bit version, I have encountered and reported three minor issues; in the 32-bit version, there are currently no issues https://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=1796888&postcount=86

Awesome! That's what I've been waiting for, Dopus Magellan x86_64. That's a HUGE improvement. :-)

Re: Dopus5 Magellan v5.101 AROS version 32/64Bit Released
Dopus5 Magellan v5.101 is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions; I’ve included a download link below! On AROS One, you’ll find a complete configuration and AROS One-style images. On AROS One, you can choose to replace Wanderer with Dopus5 via ArosOnePrefs, or use Dopus5 as your file manager! Italian localisation is now available on AROS One! https://github.com/BlitterStudio/dopus5/releases/tag/5.101

Re: AROS One v2.6 download ?
No, there’s no download available. As it’s obsolete, I’ve decided not to make the old versions available to prevent anyone from mixing them and causing system instability. Why are you interested in AROS One 2.6?

Re: AROS One ABIv0 32Bit Work In Progress
The new version of ‘ACM’ (Audio Convert Manage) and two new programmes, “Ticklish” (a to-do list tool) and ‘Baphomet’ (a screensaver), are now available for AROS One 32-bit. The three applications mentioned also work well on AROS One 64-bit via 32-bit emulation (EmuV0).

Re: AROS One ABIv11 64Bit Work In Progress
From the talented Juan comes a tool for playing and converting audio files; it’s called A.C.M. and was developed in Hollywood. A.C.M. is also compatible with AROS One 64-bit via EmuV0 and supports numerous formats such as: XM, MED, DBM, HVL, S3M, SID, AC3, AIFF, FLAC, M4A, WMA, OGG, WAV, 8SVX. As mentioned, as well as being a player, it allows you to convert all the formats listed into 8SVX, WAV or MP3, but for some formats such as: XM, MED, S3M, SID, the conversion takes a very long time – I’d say it’s endless – and the converted files are enormous in size; they are probably repetitive music formats.. Re: AROS One ABIv11 64Bit Work In Progress
I have installed the new version 53.5 of NTFS-3G on AROS One; the NTFS-3G file system is located in the Storage folder and can be enabled or disabled using a dedicated script, see screenshot!

Re: AROS One ABIv11 64Bit Work In Progress
The new version of Prince of Persia SDL2 by retrofaza is available in the upcoming release of AROS One 64-bit! This version of Prince of Persia is certainly much more impressive than the Amiga version, offering hardware acceleration, the option to choose the aspect ratio, full-screen mode and many other features not found in the Amiga version. Re: AROS One ABIv0 32Bit Work In Progress
It's more simpler AMIGASYSTEM. The description says it all: 2 drives, 1x160gb and 1x500gb. The second drive (500GB) boots windows and does not matter much in the presentation (author probably wanted to prevent windows from overwriting his boot (something that windows is notorious for doing and it will still try to wreck his (linux) boot-block unless the drive is completely turned off in bios). The first drive is more interesting but there the description (and his video-cuts) are misleading. It boots into debian linux (and certainly has debian installed, even if its only a small subset to let everything work). Debian boots, will start the amiga emulator that automatically starts the amiga workbench that was setup for the emulator (no magic there). The part that is clearly missing is how AROS was ran but for both Linux and windows there are several options. For windows it would just either run hosted or in a VM and for linux the same applies with the exception that Linux would enable you to boot directly into AROS (but as far as I was able to decipher from the images) though the grub menu did not offer such option so I would guess AROS is also running hosted if it ran on linux.

Re: AROS One ABIv0 32Bit Work In Progress
I believe AROS One is hosted, which in turn launches JanusUAE, allowing Amiga to start directly! Of course, he could have installed only AROS One, which starts directly from JanusUAE, but probably the hardware was not fully supported. Certainly, he would have had a better Amiga experience if he had used AROS One 64-bit and Amiberry.

Re: AROS One ABIv0 32Bit Work In Progress
@AMIGASYSTEM - A strange video posted by a user shows Amiga booting directly. His comment, at least from the translation, is unclear. First, he talks about a Linux system where AROS One 2.7 (32-bit) is installed, which in turn boots directly from the Amiga OS 3.2 PC. Continuing in the comment, he then says that Amiga 1200 or A400 boots directly from Windows 10, again via AROS One 2.7. The PC used is enclosed and framed in a wooden case with transparent glass walls. You can find the original comment in the attached video. https://youtu.be/tgl2koCi_Dg?list=PLE3VjnQK0tfJpSoOcJCm1CQ3DVGU0urtI
I cannot see much of AROS One in the video, most 3.2 (68k) You can see Win 10 booting and later Linux. From description it seems 2 harddrives included, one with Win 10, the other with Linux. The Linux system directly booting in 3.2, perhaps first starting Aros One and then directly in UAE, what not makes much sense of course. You could also directly boot in UAE skipping Aros One
