I can't seem to edit my profile without filling in location, date of birth and why I like AROS. I guess I'll just put up with American times on posts even though I'm in Europe.

You can put whatever you want. Put a fake location, I don't care. I had to include more required fields to deter spambots and identify fake users.

Why can't you put European time? All the GMT time zones are available in the dropdown.

The time zone selection works fine. I just thought it wasn't worth updating it if the side effect is having to fill in extra stuff.
