What to Know About the ARC Raiders Medical Exam Rooms in U4N

The Medical Exam Rooms are an important quest location in the Spaceport map, but finding them for the first time can take some patience. They are hidden inside the large Departure Building rather than sitting in an obvious outdoor area. If you are gathering ARC Raiders Items while completing missions, learning this route can make your overall run more organized.

Begin at Spaceport
Start by traveling toward the large Departure Building in Spaceport. Because the building contains several areas, identifying it correctly is more important than immediately looking for the medical rooms.

Approach the northeast side of the building and locate the northeast entrance. This is the entrance you should use for the most direct route toward the Medical Exam Rooms.

Entering elsewhere may still allow you to reach the destination, but it can create extra navigation work. For repeat quest runs, the northeast entrance is the easiest landmark to remember.

Move to the Upper Level
Once inside, look for the stairs or the zipline near the entrance. Both provide access to the second floor.

Take whichever route fits the situation. The stairs are simple and predictable, while the zipline can provide a quick way upward. After reaching the second floor, continue toward the northeasternmost section.

At this point, you should start watching for the medical symbol that identifies the entrance.

Find the Medical Cross
A large medical cross is displayed outside the main entrance to the exam rooms. It is the most useful visual marker in the area.

When you reach the top of the stairs, break left immediately and proceed through the door. This leads into the Medical Exam Room.

Remembering this turn is especially helpful because it prevents you from walking deeper into the building and searching unrelated rooms. The medical cross tells you that you are already in the correct area.

Work Through Medical Merchandise
Medical Merchandise requires you to loot two containers inside the exam room. Check cabinets, white medical shelving, and drawers as you move through the space.

You do not need to find two specific objects. The main goal is to locate two qualifying containers that have not already been looted.

If someone reached the room before you, some storage may already be empty. That is not necessarily a problem. Search the room carefully for remaining containers instead of assuming that another player has completed everything.

Search for Prescriptions of the Past
Prescriptions of the Past requires medical records, so the search method changes slightly. Focus on desks and shelving units throughout the room.

Look around the work areas and interact with objects that can provide the records. Because the two quests use the same location, it is efficient to work on both objectives during one visit.

Once you have completed the required tasks, you can decide whether to continue exploring or head toward extraction.

Stay Efficient During the Search
A good quest route should minimize unnecessary movement. Before entering the Departure Building, know that your destination is upstairs and toward the northeastern section. Once inside, avoid spending too much time checking unrelated rooms.

When the medical cross appears, you have your confirmation. From there, the route is short, and the main challenge becomes completing the objectives without overlooking available containers or records.

Consider Your Inventory Goals
Spaceport runs can serve more than one purpose. While you are working on the Medical Exam Rooms quests, you may also want to collect useful resources and prepare for future expeditions.

If you need to expand your supplies outside your normal runs, buy ARC Items can be part of your preparation strategy. The important thing is to keep your inventory needs aligned with the objectives of each trip rather than carrying unnecessary gear.
