I tried the 32bit aros in my SFF Acer Veriton which has an i3 2th gen cpu and a R7 Radeon runs fine with VESA as expected audio ok and switch off restart etc from Wanderer very decent performance

It's better for you to use one of the laptops supported for AROS 32, there are many game ports if you're interested.
