It has never been so easy to mount a shared resource. I have created a GUI for AROS 64-bit v11
Multilanguage that allows you to create, mount and unmount a shared resource whether it is a folder or a
Ree drive with just a few simple clicks

SMB2-GUI is now available for download to create, mount, and unmount DOSDrivers (SMB2).

SMB2-GUI is easy to use; once you’ve created a DOSDriver, it will be automatically saved to SYS:Storage/DOSDrivers.

To enable automatic mounting, simply copy SMB2-Start and its icon to WBstartup.

SMB2-Start is included in the archive, where you’ll also find the Readme in Amiga Guide Multilingual format.

Today I made a small tweak to automatically save the language and added a border around various fields.

The background is part of the Aros One system. If anyone is interested, I can explain how to add a background to the GUI—it just involves some simple MUI/ZUNE settings.

@AMIGASYSTEM

Approved.

One tiny comment on the sources for future uploads: your upload to archives is marked as "Public Domain" but that information is not added to source code. It's useful for developers who would like to extend your program in future what licence the source code is (because if there is no license, the default is fully copyrighted and cannot be modified)

I'm not an expert, and I'm not a developer. Instead of “Public Domain,” what should I put? You can make the change, and I'll follow your lead. Thanks!

Don't worry, Public Domain in the upload it fine.

I'm reffering to the sources you attached in the .zip (smb2-gui.c). Thank you for doing that, just next time add a comment at the top of the .c file like "This source code in Public Domain". That's all I'm suggesting Smile

Thanks, but do I need to enable sharing on Windows? Which folder should I include?
