On VMware this new version still works fine, moreover with this new version if “lstloc.cache” does not exist no Guru appears, as was the case with the previous version!

@serk118uk

I did a quick debug under hosted. Crash happens because a NULL buffer is passed to sprintf, see this backtrace, frame #3. Hopefully it will help track down the bug :)

Thanks, however on WMware even the previous versions always worked fine, only on Host Linux did the Guru appear

@retrofaza
do you have a chance to test the ISO v11 64Bit on Win7 with VMware 12, and check for gurus, thank you !

I have not tried on native yet, I reported while working on amissl on Ubuntu vmware and I run once and played a test song than exited without crashing.

My next step is install natively and start porting all my programs to 64bit soon.

AmiSSL on archives is recompile with minor changes, from i386 32bit and should work just like 32bit version.

GCC 10+ is bit sensitive than below versions, I will work out the problem soon and resolve hopefully.

BTW any problems with amitube or amifox?

Thank you

Without AmiSSL installed AmiTube and AmiFox work fine

With AmiSSL installed, AmiFox goes into Guru while AmiTube works fine

I am trying to reproduce the crashes you are having but I don't get any crashes on my end
Watch the video

I ordered a new hard disk to backup my aros before I try natively.

BTW i set 2gb memory on my vmware , thinks don't make sense since I am using your iso and compiled on your distro and you get different results than I am , only difference hw I guess and crashes on your end and my side fine.

FYI: you need to have more thatn 4GB RAM set in VM to expose some of the hidden 64-bit bugs.
