I changed the wifi card to an Atheros AR500EG, the dongle compatible usb is netgear wg111v3 if you don't want to use the phone that can wear out the battery.

Hi, maybe the Nvidia 7000 series is fully supported. I also have a card from that series. As for the mouse cursor on the three smaller ones, have you tried with a USB mouse?

Hi,

By modern, I meant last 5 years. This is strange, I do not use 32bit so maybe others who do might be able to help.

Hi
I wouldn’t exactly call them modern Fujitsu esprimo mobile u9210 - HP EliteBook 6930p - Samsung Q210 , they have coommon factor P8600 processor , and same size 12" (although that must be coincidence) , in 32bit ArosOne on mouse pointer in 64bit it is ok

Hi,

Not aware of this, a few modern laptops have no driver which can happen. Do you have the models?

I checked one more of my 17" laptops the Sony Vaio VGN-AR11S with 32bit as the friends here point me to see if it supports native graphics and it does , it has a Geforce go 7600 GT 256mb and gets to a resolution of 1920x1200 , sound ok , no LAN and power button has to be pressed . From what I saw so far all the monsters with Nvidia cards ( which are similar ) go with native graphics . I tested also 3 small 12" different brands all of them had the p8600 cpu I don't know if it is coincidence but all of them had the same problem no mouse cursor do you know anything about this ?
