In version 0.8.4 you will find import from docx document and new native, extended slvx format which places photos in the document and not just their paths so that documents can be transferred between computers/users.

The new version 0.8.3 introduces support for font colors, a history of edited documents, and network printing via Direct PDF Print (not many such printers, but I have one, so I was able to check).

I've added support for system fonts. However, I discovered that the Zune has a limit on the number of items displayed in the selection list, beyond which the selection list becomes a cyclic button. For now, I've limited the list to 9 items in the Aros version. Once I determine what that limit is, I'll set it accordingly.

I tried with a clean build but it gives me the same problem, we'll see for the next releases

I saved a two-column document in docx format and it opened fine in Word at work - great stuff :-)

Amiwell, I'm able to write using both the 32-bit version of AROS One and the 64-bit version of AROS. I think you might be having some issues with your operating system. Try a clean build or give AROS One a try!

What you highlighted in the image isn't a program error. It's just that in this early version, the program only has built-in support for one font, Dejavu Sans. I've grayed out these fields so they don't encourage clicking ;-) Support for the system fonts directory will be added soon:
But the fact that you can't type is strange. What system version, 32-bit or 64-bit? I'm testing with the 32-bit version and I don't have these problems.

All required plug-ins are linked and integrated into the program. No libraries are required beyond the Zune system libraries.

Let's see what the author says perhaps it's the mui thebar class.

Amiwell Slovo Editor works great on AROS; you're probably experiencing some issues with your system. Slovo Editor doesn't require any external plug-ins—they're definitely built into the binary.

Just tried on my netbook, also 32 bit with screen 1024 x 600. I also see an issue with the layout - it seems the edit panel is larger than the window and when selected the edit panel pushes out of the window border at the bottom.

P.S. have you tried putting your Hollywood display inside a MUI scroll group to allow it to be as large as needed?
