you probably did something wrong, it works for me

If you use Dopus5 you don't have to use the Shell (System/Shell) because GCC is not found.

On the other hand, on Wanderer the GCC works fine from the Shell from the AROS menu and also works from the Shell (System/Shell), but here you have to add parameters in the Icon Tooltypes to make it work.

Se usi Dopus5 non devi utilizzare la Shell (System/Shell) perchè il GCC non viene trovato.

Su Wanderer invece il GCC funziona bene dalla Shell dal menu AROS e funziona anche dalla Shell (System/Shell), qui però per funzionare occorre aggiungere un parametri nel Tooltypes Icona.

The user retrofaza has me reported to me that on the latest version of AROS One the Video Card " Nvidia GT220 512mb gddr3" does not work, with AROS One v2.0 instead " Nvidia GT220 512mb gddr3" worked fine, you can read retrofaza's post here

deadwood gcc works again on my system with dopus5 and ultimate build there were two missing files in development/s "package-shutdown" and "package-startup"

the secret is out, this graphics card no longer worked for me either

I don't see the last two posts either even when I use your link and click.

What base system releases are used in AROS One V2.0 and V2.2?
What motherboard is retrofaza using?
Is the card working with "noacpi" grub command line parameter?

The motherboard is an ASUS M2N68-AM SE2.
VESA modes work ok on the integrated card and on the external gt220.
Tomorrow I will test your build that you shared in this topic. Earlier builds that you shared with me when I did the Polish translation worked on this hardware.

Ok, please takes the D06 build and test the following:

a) native support for integrated card and external
b) native support for integrated card and external with "noacpi" grub command line parameter
b) native support for integrated card and external with "noioapic" grub command line parameter

Hmm, there was no release on 2nd July and the last one was indeed around 22nd March. Are you using builds from build server in v2.2?

On WMWare v7.1.2

Shutdown = VMware exit
Reboot = Black screen
Reboot Cold = VMware exit

AROS One 2.2 - native integrated card
no params - start in 640x480 mode, Nouveau driver not detected
noioapic - start in 640x480 mode, Nouveau driver not detected
noacpi - start in 640x480 mode, Nouveau driver not detected

D06 build - native integrated card
no params - Nouveau driver detected, everything seems to be working ok
noioapic - Nouveau driver detected, everything seems to be working ok
noacpi - Nouveau driver detected, everything seems to be working ok

on an external graphics card (GT220 512mb gddr3) the system behaves exactly the same, D06 works, AROSOne 2.2 does not work.

Thanks retrofaza, D06 has been integrated on the new AROS One, as soon as deadwood I will publish the final buid, AROS One 2.3 will be released.

If you want to use AROS One 2.2 integrate D06 into the system
