Just wanted to say hello to everyone.
My very first AROS experience was a year ago on an Asus M50V laptop. Wifi and audio didn't work. I replaced the wifi module with the well known Atheros one succesfuly. But I gave up with audio. Then I played some time with the system but I noticed that an laptop isn't a good hardware for me. I grew up on A1200 in a big tower and a laptop doesn't make my day.
Today I decided to set up a desktop machine for Aros ONE. That's why I am here.

Along with several other AROS users here, I have setup AROS Native on several different PC's and a few mini-itx PC's. Each experience is slightly different as far as which flavor of AROS is installed and how long it takes and what hardware is supported.

Generally older PC's by modern standards are usually well supported. By my experience HP 8200 or 8300 SFF desktops are nice for AROS. You can also use the expansion slots to install better supported cards such as sound/graphics.
