on discord channel Thore mentioned that Aros main branch has still the

AllocDBufInfo Bug that is fixed in apolloos

He answered me this:
Swapped parameters
It's random that it works
It happens every time. Every time it is called. The internal AllocMem needs MEMF parameter as second one, but it's the first here

My question what related to what software will benefit from this change? Of course it's an abovious bug that needs to be fixed, but would be great to show that it actually helped some software.

Anyhow, the fix is now pushed to my repository.
