Installation:

Download the package file burn the build iso and
unpack the system file on USB stick, install the build
iso and after insert the usb stick with system file
and overwrite all into aros device reboot..

I downloaded the archive but it actually contains two directories - one is the original, unmodified ISO release and the second seems to be copy of system elements? Tiny AROS is not distributed as customized bootable ISO?

sorry I can't make a single iso in the site I wrote how to install the system is not difficult, first you have to install the iso then you have to overwrite all the files in the folder tinyaros_x86_64

I'll try again to make a single ISO before I had problems I couldn't do it
