Hi, It could be the driver was written for different version and has not been customised for your card. Sadly, we do not have audio ahi developers around (most came from Davy Wentlzer 10 years ago) so the ahi drivers (apart from HDAudio) are stuck with their current versions.

I found a solution to start Dopus4 via Early Startup Control from HD, DVD, ISO. Now you will no longer have to run a script but run the Dopu4 binary directly. Basically once you get to the Grub, via Grub/BootMenu you will be able to access on "Early Startup Control", then choose the "Boot With No Startup-sequence" tab, and from the command prompt just type Dopus4 and send, I see Screenshot !

It could be a compatibility issue with your Sound Card, on VMware and on Native PC I have normal and sistently quite high volume on AROS!

Hi, i know AROS is in development. I am not sure if i used AHI on my Amiga, but i saw today that the mixdown output was too quiet, i gave +10 dezibel on my external mixer but it was still quiet. I turned up the compressor in the line and got interfering signals and whitenoise. I don't know is it a driver problem but Prefs -> AHI was maxed output on a m-audio audiophile 2496 Rev A 2000. I can confirm playback works https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Aros/Platforms/x86_support . I think to amplify the sound about 20-30 dezibel would help. Best Regards, Borni

Create the Icons in the 4 versions available on AROS One. I would like to mention that the 4 versions of Icons (Thousands) are available for "all" the Operating System and for all Third Party Applications. To replace "all" icons just run the installer found in System/AROS One, the hundreds of icons will be replaced in seconds. Finished the localization of the new Network Prefs, where a new Tab named "Tethering." had been added, which allows you to automatically configure the Internter Network through the "USB Tethering" method from any cell phone via a USB port. It was not easy for me to create the new Italian catalog because of the info to be included in the GUI (there is always to experiment and it is nice to discover new things), see screenshot, but in the end everything went well, the info in Italian will definitely help users to connect very easily.
