TinyAros is not suitable for software development; it was created as a distribution for multimedia

Enjoy

Development Tools, if you want to use them, If not present, you need to install the development file in the packages; the archive is present here.

Tiny Aros is like the Amiga Workbench after a clean installation: it has the bare minimum and is created according to what I know how to do. I hope it can be useful to youSmile

I bought an A600GS but I will always distribute TinyAros 64-bit as for software, an updated version of antiryad gx should be released in December i spoke with the developer. The other applications I have collaborated on currently only work on 32-bit, but aros X64 is usable.

Thank you all and happy developing!

I have published a very small ISO file containing the essentials, but without the development tools and games, which you can download at your leisure from the archives.

Unfortunately, I have to abandon the development of my distribution due to health problems. I have to stay out of my home for a few years to take care of myself.

To install the latest updates, simply unzip the deadwood archive onto a USB stick, start Aros from the latest available build and overwrite the files in the Aros partition already present on your system. I can't do any more than that, as my software for creating ISOs is giving me problems.

Thank you.

The Live USB stick boots smoothly from the VM! You just need to configure the VM to boot from USB, see screenshot. I booted AROS One 64Bit USB Live on VMware!

the ideal is to create a USB stick that boots on a virtual machine

While searching through the old forums of aros-exec, I came across this interesting link. Looks like you can create a bootable USB by copying ISO in this E2B USB prepaper

https://rmprepusb.blogspot.com/2018/02/add-aros-aspireos-titan-to-e2b.html

I haven't tried it but that could be cool to have different AROS distros to try on one USB.
