Probably your Antivirus or other Security program does not allow it, also FireFox asks for consent on some archives on Aminet that have http redirection (without S), Chorme no problem.

Amiwell, I am just reporting to you what I see and possibly other people using the same browser, I don't care either way but
please do not use Windows 7 as a reference to trust web sites. Just because Firefox LTS doesn't display a warning, doesn't mean the site is secure.

The reason why it is showing the warning is because 1) The site has been reported as a suspicious domain to Microsoft where phishing scam sites may have been reported from. 2) I am using Microsoft Edge which is constantly updated to prevent the plethora of security risks on the web.

It seems that there is also a clone ! it may be that the phishing risk is due to HTTP (without S)

Nope that's not it. HTTP vs HTTPs warning is a totally different one. Read the actual warning

i have also animalware and antirasomware installed

That's not a warrant for safety Amiwell. I have had 3 covid vaccines and still got it somehow and pretty bad. Put that in context.

It has to do with chrome, I only have Windows Defender, it doesn't happen on other browsers, it is chrome that tells me 'insecure download blocked' and it happens a lot with other amiga related files

Probably the new versions of Chorme have this behavior, i use Win7 64Bit where the new versions of Chrome and Firefox are no longer supported.

@mattson62

That is not an ISO image, it is a VirtualBox HD Image.

The site can also be viewed with Odyssey if the file to download is not an ISO but a virtual hard drive to write with Rufus or load with VirtualBox

I can't create an ISO image with the new builds, the alternative installation is simple, not immediate but easy to execute
