Re: Rufus 3.x and Rufus 4.x.
Released the new Rufs Beta version 4.5 for Windows 8 or higher 64Bit, this new version corrects the incompatibility with old images created with Rufus 3.x. Now all old and new AROS One images can be burned with the new Rufs 4.5. Come consigliato HERE by the developer "Pete Batard" the new AROS One USB images will be generated with the new VHDX format, which can be compressed without any problems. Furthermore, VHDX is also designed to work with modern hardware, has logical sector sizes of 4 KB which improves performance compared to VHD files.

Probably the new versions of Chorme have this behavior, i use Win7 64Bit where the new versions of Chrome and Firefox are no longer supported.
@AMIGASYSTEM - @amigamia It seems that there is also a clone ! it may be that the phishing risk is due to HTTP (without S) http://www.im-creator.com https://www.imcreator.com/
Nope that's not it. HTTP vs HTTPs warning is a totally different one. Read the actual warning

Just because Firefox LTS doesn't display a warning, doesn't mean the site is secure. The reason why it is showing the warning is because 1) The site has been reported as a suspicious domain to Microsoft where phishing scam sites may have been reported from. 2) I am using Microsoft Edge which is constantly updated to prevent the plethora of security risks on the web.
