Re: Amiberry preview-v6.3.4 x86_64 - alpha!
With the touchpad, you can simulate the middle mouse button using two or three fingers. Search Google in your language for details. The simplest solution is to use a USB/wireless mouse, which is much more convenient than the touchpad.
@AMIGASYSTEM - For the RAM you can set NATMEM_SIZE=1024 or NATMEM_SIZE=768 on tooltype and assign a lot of Z3 RAM (amiberry will calculate the maximum possible Z3) JIT works but motherboard memory and processor slot memory cannot be more than 4MB. For the right button, if you want to get the mouse pointer back on Wanderer, you must press the middle button on the mouse. Once you have done this, the mouse pointer will appear and the Wanderer menus will function normally.
NATMEM_SIZE=1024 is what's been failing giving the 'Could not initialise 32 bit address space' error, however many thanks for the tip to use on using 768; that *does* work and now I have 256MB Z3 ram in the emulation. That is incredibly helpful as some of my larger documents in PageStream will not fit into 128MB. Sorry for being unclear about the right mouse button problem; the issue is not in Wanderer but in the emulation, unless I do the 'pull up GUI and then resume' trick I can't get any menus in the emulated Amiga, be that for Workbench, PageStream, Finalcalc or any other program. As mentioned, this may be due to running on a public screen to avoid the 'disappearing Amiberry fullscreen' problem. As mentioned, I am absolutely not trying to decry the effort that has been made to get Amiberry working, I fully appreciate it will have been a massive effort to get this stage and overall it works fantastically well for a first release. Cheers, Nigel.
@AMIGASYSTEM - In previous posts, we have already discussed how to increase RAM, or how to call up the Amiberry GUI!
Calling up GUI is as noted above, F9, no issues there. The issue is right mouse button. Trying to set extra ram as previously noted in this thread does *not* work on my i5, as reported above. Cheers, Nigel.

Re: Amiberry preview-v6.3.4 x86_64 - alpha!
Now I've moved over to 64 bit for work I'm getting a lot more experienece with using Amiberry, so some further observations: Positive - the enulated environment runs really well, I have yet to find a 68k program which does not run and speed is good, this can be used as a productive environment with PageStream etc. Negative - when running it makes the AROS unstable. I get crashes which would not be seen normally when e.g. using mplayer or just Wanderer; the crash attached was caused simply by closing a Wanderer window. If running fullscreen the screen can get 'lost'. By this I mean you flip back to Wanderer but then can't bet back to Amiberry's screen, either by screen cycling or dragging. The screen is also not listed in WIMP. Scout shows Amiberry is still running and if you try to run it again this fails. Possibly this is caused by running at a high resilution (1600x900). I've solved this by running it fullwindow on a PSI public screen. Possibly as a result of running on the pubscreen, on launching the emulation into Workbench the rught mouse button does not work; when it is pressed the emulation seems to lock up until you flip back and forth between screens and no menu is produced. To fix this you have to re-open the gui and then resume; after this the right mouse button works fine. I've tried various options such as not trapping mouse actions but currently the gui trick is the only way I've found past this. Overall this reads a bit negatively but as mentioned at the start the emulated environmet runs really well (screen and mouse button quirks aside), so I am still very grateful for it as it allows me to use 64 bit for the day job. Hwever, as noted I've just got to be careful to save any work before going back to AROS as there is the protential for a system crash. Cheers, Nigel. P.S. I stil can't set a memory space bigger then 512 MB. If I set to 1024 MB the program refuses to start with the error 'Could not initialise 32 bit address space'.

Re: FastTracker II Clone x86 & x86_64 v11
Just uploaded a new version of FT2-Clone for AROS x86_64 v11 (as of today is version 2.19). Is compiled with latest SDL2 and with the help of @deadwood and @Deremon is working really nicely. FastTracker II Clone is a high quality music tracker program, that can play XM, MOD and S3M music files. It include also an editor for composing songs, load and edit samples and can export song into a WAV file. You can also play the game (Nibble) during music reproduction. Download here https://archives.arosworld.org/?function=showfile&file=audio/tracker/ft2clone.x86_64-aros-v11.zip With the Big help of A.I. now i've been able to implement/fix some bugs and missing features. Now it can scale with various factors (Auto Fit & x1 are the same), now x2 and others works, and also fullscreen (selectable via config menu or using Alt+Enter ). For this scaling to work we need to close and reopen the program. Sorry for this but at moment scaling works fine only in this mode, instead fullscreen could be used live. When you use scale factor more than x1 please enable "pixel filter" option under "video settings" to have a more readable interface. Also thank to retrofaza (that get me the code for this) i added the possibility to load songs via def_icon. Please test and report if you find other bugs.

Re: New Portable AROS Distribution – Now Available!
pcnet32.device did not work even before the update. On the same PC running Windows with QEmu, pcnet32.device works fine, so the problem is on the Linux side. Regarding the new AROS One v1.3, it will be distributed as soon as a Core update is available and EmuV0 is a full version. In the new AROS One, there will be a folder named 32Bit in Extras where you can simply click on the programme icon, while in the Emulator folder there will be Amiberry, which can also be run from the BoingIconBar as shown in the attached video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9U2-rTPTrsE Regarding video resolutions, have you tried setting up VMware drivers? They work well on QEMU Windows!
@AMIGASYSTEM - @retrofaza I installed Aros Portable on my HP ENVY i7, where it loaded in no time. I also updated AROS One to version 1.2 + all the new updates, including Amiberry. The only problem is that the network doesn't work. It doesn't work with pcnet32.device. Which device should it work with? The ‘Settings Wifi’ app is nice. If you give me your consent, I will include it in the next AROS One!
It should only work with pcnet32.device (as set by default). Did the internet not work from the beginning, or only after you installed the updates? The ‘Settings Wifi’ app has no use outside of the AROS Portable environment. It is integrated with the Linux settings. BTW. When you release a new version of AROS One, I will prepare an AROS Portable image with the current version.
